By accessing startigeniX.com or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using StartiGeniX on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use StartiGeniX. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf. StartiGeniX is intended for personal and professional use in lawful contexts.
To access certain features (bookmarks, likes, tool submissions), you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to protect your credentials.

All content on StartiGeniX — including editorial descriptions, rankings, design, code, and branding — is owned by or licensed to StartiGeniX. Tool names, logos, and screenshots belong to their respective owners and are used for informational and directory purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from StartiGeniX content without explicit written permission.
We strive to maintain availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any interruption or discontinuation of service.
To submit a tool for listing on StartiGeniX, you must provide accurate information including the tool's name, URL, description, category, and pricing model. You represent that you have the right to submit and promote the tool, and that the information provided is truthful and up to date.
All submitted tools go through a manual review by the StartiGeniX team before being listed. Submission does not guarantee approval. Review timelines are estimates and may vary based on submission volume.
As part of the review process, StartiGeniX may request trial access, demo access, evaluation credentials, screenshots, videos, or product documentation to properly assess and represent the tool. Providing such access is optional but may expedite the review.
StartiGeniX reserves the right to edit, rewrite, or supplement submitted descriptions, tags, and metadata to maintain consistency with our editorial standards. We may also add our own editorial commentary, ratings, or categorisation.
We reserve the sole right to approve or reject any tool submission, at our discretion and without obligation to provide a reason. Common rejection reasons include incomplete information, ineligible tool type, existing listing for the same tool, or concerns about accuracy.
StartiGeniX may remove or de-list any tool at any time if the tool becomes unavailable, if reported information is found to be inaccurate, if the tool engages in harmful or deceptive practices, or for any other editorial reason.
Approval and listing on StartiGeniX does not guarantee any specific search ranking, category placement, or level of user traffic. Visibility is determined by our editorial ranking factors, which may change over time. Sponsored and featured placements are labelled as such.
StartiGeniX is a directory and discovery platform. We do not own, operate, or control the tools listed on our platform. Tool descriptions, pricing, features, and availability may change without notice. Always verify current information directly on the tool's official website before making any purchasing or business decision.
Some descriptions, summaries, and editorial content on StartiGeniX may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence tools. While we review such content for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. StartiGeniX is not liable for decisions made based on AI-assisted content.
Tool rankings, "best of" lists, and recommendations on StartiGeniX reflect editorial judgment and should not be considered professional or expert advice. Rankings may be influenced by editorial assessment, user engagement, and sponsored arrangements (clearly labelled). We do not guarantee that any tool is the best fit for your specific use case.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, StartiGeniX and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability in any matter related to these terms shall not exceed ₹1,000 (Indian Rupees).

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. If you are accessing StartiGeniX from outside India, you are responsible for compliance with your local laws.
