Cline

Cline is an open-source AI coding assistant for Visual Studio Code that helps developers build software through natural language. It can write and edit code, execute terminal commands (with user approval), debug applications, analyze large codebases, create files, interact with browsers through Model Context Protocol (MCP), and automate multi-step development workflows.
