Vapi is a developer-first platform for building real-time voice AI agents that can communicate through phone calls, web applications and other voice interfaces. It orchestrates speech-to-text, an LLM and text-to-speech into a low-latency conversational pipeline, while allowing developers to independently choose or replace these components.
